Meet the Team Behind the Movement

At the heart of Foundation for Youth Web lies a passionate, resilient, and forward-thinking team—an extraordinary group of young changemakers who have come together from different walks of life with one shared purpose: to uplift Kashmir’s youth and create meaningful, lasting change.

Led by our visionary founder, Irfan Attari—a social activist, journalist, and TEDx curator—the team has grown into a powerhouse of innovation, empathy, and grassroots action. Each member brings unique strengths: from policy awareness to creative arts, from public speaking to cybersecurity, from social work to tech-driven solutions. What binds them together is an unshakeable belief that the future of Kashmir must be built by its youth, for its youth.

The team operates not from boardrooms but from the ground—interacting directly with communities, organizing awareness drives in schools and colleges, holding counselling sessions for at-risk youth, and standing shoulder to shoulder with people during times of crisis. Whether it's reaching remote villages to talk about drug abuse, empowering young women through leadership workshops, or organizing one of Kashmir’s first TEDx events—the team is known for converting vision into reality with remarkable consistency and courage.

In a place often overshadowed by conflict narratives, the Foundation for Youth Web has become a beacon of hope. The team’s initiatives have touched thousands of lives. Their dedication has opened new dialogues around identity, purpose, and empowerment. Together, they have inspired an entire generation of Kashmiris to believe in the power of positive change.

What makes this team truly dynamic is its adaptability. In a fast-changing world, they’ve embraced technology, social media, storytelling, and even policy engagement to amplify their message. They don’t just respond to challenges—they anticipate them, and innovate their way through them.
